Our Commitment

West Metro Appliance Repair is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

• Operating system display settings (text size, contrast)

The site is designed to work in the current and previous major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to address the following known issues:

• Some third-party embedded content (Google Maps, social media widgets) may not fully meet accessibility standards. We provide text alternatives where possible.
• Some older imagery may lack detailed alt text. We are working to remediate these as they are identified.
