When Your Visit Is Scheduled

Annual maintenance visits are scheduled during our maintenance season — February through April. Scheduling during this window lets our technicians give your appliances the attention they deserve without competing with high-volume repair calls in summer and fall. Members are contacted to book their preferred date as the season opens.

How much does the plan cost?
The Annual Appliance Maintenance Plan is $199.95 per year, billed annually. There are no hidden fees and pricing is the same regardless of which appliances you have covered.
When will my annual maintenance visit happen?
All maintenance visits are scheduled during our maintenance season — February through April. As the season opens we contact members directly to book a date that works for you. This window lets our techs give your appliances proper attention without competing with summer and fall repair-call volume.
How many appliances are covered?
The plan covers up to 8 household appliances. If you have more than 8, call us at (952) 476-5935 and we'll quote a custom annual plan.
Does the plan include repairs?
The plan covers preventative maintenance, inspection, and the specific services listed (coil cleaning, dishwasher filter, gas leak inspection, etc.). Repairs are billed separately. Plan members get priority scheduling on all future repair calls.
What if I'm not home during my scheduled visit?
You'll receive confirmation by phone or text before the visit. If you need to reschedule, we ask for 24 hours' notice. Plan visits can be rescheduled inside the Feb–April maintenance window.
Are older appliances covered?
We cover most residential appliances. Coverage may be limited for commercial appliances or units over 20 years old. Call (952) 476-5935 to discuss your specific situation.
