What happens after I submit a service request?
We review your request and call you back within 1 business hour to confirm the appointment, discuss the issue, and provide an estimated time window. You'll receive a confirmation with your technician's name and arrival window.
What are your business hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Saturday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Service appointments are available in four time blocks: 7am-9am, 8am-11am, 11am-2pm, and 2pm-5pm.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. Full payment is required on the day of service. We do not offer financing at this time.
