Really blown away by West Metro Appliance Repair. They did everything right. I was not sure that our dryer was worth repairing but they got it done for a really reasonable fee. Our tech Justin was amazing, polite, and got everything done quickly.
Harry was great. The part for our dishwasher came in earlier than expected. He was back today and put in the new part. The dishwasher works like new. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself.
We were told our gas fireplace could not be repaired so we started pricing new ones. West Metro was very up front about the service charge, feeling fairly sure they could fix it. And they did! Saved us thousands.
Our stove went out the day before Thanksgiving and we were hosting. They came in, fixed our stove over the course of two days, and genuinely saved the day for us. Service was great!
The West Metro tech came out and diagnosed the problem with our dryer and was back the next day with parts and fixed it! He was on time and polite. I'm happy my dryer is working again.
