We were told our gas fireplace could not be repaired so we started pricing new ones. West Metro was very up front about the service charge, feeling fairly sure they could fix it. And they did! Saved us thousands.
I needed a washing machine repaired. I was referred by a neighbor who had a great experience. Great communication with appointments, the tech showed up on time, and my washer is working perfectly now.
I wasted $200 with another repair service only to have them tell me my fridge needed a new compressor and wasn't worth fixing. I called West Metro and they came out the next day and were able to fix it. Highly recommend!
