What our customers say
Real reviews from real customers across the Twin Cities
Our garbage disposal broke a day before showings and open house. West Metro was able to get someone out that day and Harry was the best! He went to get a new disposal and came back to finish fast.
If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Nick genuinely cares about fixing things the right way and not just getting paid and moving on. These are the kind of people you want working on your appliances.
Harry was great. The part for our dishwasher came in earlier than expected. He was back today and put in the new part. The dishwasher works like new. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself.
Peter was my Service Professional and he did a fantastic job! Fair price, quality work, and great communication throughout the whole process.
We were told our gas fireplace could not be repaired so we started pricing new ones. West Metro was very up front about the service charge, feeling fairly sure they could fix it. And they did! Saved us thousands.
Harry at West Metro Appliance Repair was amazing. He was so knowledgeable, professional and not only diagnosed and fixed my issue but also provided insight into why it was doing what it was doing. I highly recommend!
