Harry was great. The part for our dishwasher came in earlier than expected. He was back today and put in the new part. The dishwasher works like new. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself.
They were able to get a technician out to fix our dishwasher the fast I called. Justin was very nice and knew exactly what to do. He also waited for the dishwasher to fill and make sure there was no leak.
Our dryer went out and it was stressful. When Justin came out, he handled everything with professionalism and patience. West Metro Appliance Repair went above and beyond what I expected.
I pay monthly for an appliance repair plan but they couldn't come out for 6 weeks to fix my dryer! With 2 kids and 3 dogs, that wasn't going to work. West Metro had it fixed fast!
Really blown away by West Metro Appliance Repair. They did everything right. I was not sure that our dryer was worth repairing but they got it done for a really reasonable fee. Our tech Justin was amazing, polite, and got everything done quickly.
West Metro did a great job with our troublesome gas fireplace. They were professional, diligent, and made themselves available when we needed them. They did not try to add cost to the job. Highly recommend!
