Really blown away by West Metro Appliance Repair. They did everything right. I was not sure that our dryer was worth repairing but they got it done for a really reasonable fee. Our tech Justin was amazing, polite, and got everything done quickly.
Your technician was AMAZING!!! Words cannot express how impressed I was by his diligence, professionalism, and knowledge. Even though the replacement part would have been more expensive than buying a new oven, he took the time to give me great advice.
The West Metro tech came out and diagnosed the problem with our dryer and was back the next day with parts and fixed it! He was on time and polite. I'm happy my dryer is working again.
I pay monthly for an appliance repair plan but they couldn't come out for 6 weeks to fix my dryer! With 2 kids and 3 dogs, that wasn't going to work. West Metro had it fixed fast!
I wasted $200 with another repair service only to have them tell me my fridge needed a new compressor and wasn't worth fixing. I called West Metro and they came out the next day and were able to fix it. Highly recommend!
