Harry was great. The part for our dishwasher came in earlier than expected. He was back today and put in the new part. The dishwasher works like new. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself.
They were able to get a technician out to fix our dishwasher the fast I called. Justin was very nice and knew exactly what to do. He also waited for the dishwasher to fill and make sure there was no leak.
Highly recommend WMA! Nick was absolutely awesome! He was such an expert in all of our appliance needs and was able to assess the situations quickly. He was polite, professional, and gave really genuine perspective.
Our dishwasher decided it was time to quit draining. I called West Metro because of their excellent reviews, and it was a great experience. They explained everything clearly and the repair was done quickly.
Awesome service level. They diagnosed the problem with my Miele dryer correctly. Parts were expedited. It's a German dryer that took over 7 hours of work but they got it done. Very knowledgeable team!
