The ice maker in our 10-year-old KitchenAid refrigerator stopped working. I stopped into West Metro Appliance Repair and they had a great experience. Kelly and Harri got us back up and running!
They were able to get a technician out to fix our dishwasher the fast I called. Justin was very nice and knew exactly what to do. He also waited for the dishwasher to fill and make sure there was no leak.
We were told our gas fireplace could not be repaired so we started pricing new ones. West Metro was very up front about the service charge, feeling fairly sure they could fix it. And they did! Saved us thousands.

West Metro did a great job with our troublesome gas fireplace. They were professional, diligent, and made themselves available when we needed them. They did not try to add cost to the job. Highly recommend!
