This is the best appliance repair service I have ever used. Nick and his crew are very honest and trustworthy! We have used them 4 or 5 times now for repairs on our JennAir fridge, dishwasher, and Whirlpool dryer. All great experiences!
They were able to get a technician out to fix our dishwasher the fast I called. Justin was very nice and knew exactly what to do. He also waited for the dishwasher to fill and make sure there was no leak.
Our stove went out the day before Thanksgiving and we were hosting. They came in, fixed our stove over the course of two days, and genuinely saved the day for us. Service was great!
Harry was great. The part for our dishwasher came in earlier than expected. He was back today and put in the new part. The dishwasher works like new. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself.
If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! Nick genuinely cares about fixing things the right way and not just getting paid and moving on. These are the kind of people you want working on your appliances.
Really blown away by West Metro Appliance Repair. They did everything right. I was not sure that our dryer was worth repairing but they got it done for a really reasonable fee. Our tech Justin was amazing, polite, and got everything done quickly.
